Since it was established in 1970 Stensved Moulds has focused on supplying injection moulding of the highest quality. We have built experience and expertise in this field over nearly 50 years. This allows us to deliver state-of-the-art injections mouldings, which through extreme precision and durability live up to the highest quality requirements for high-performance quality moulds.

Our modern machines and our focus on production planning in conjunction with ISO9001:2015 ensure that we can offer injection moulds and spare parts of the highest quality.

Our employees are all highly trained tool- and mould makers with many years of experience. We have developed our own stage-gate model, that targets material construction and mould making. The model ensures that the focus – from the start of the project until the release of the mould tools – is entirely directed at “PRECISION, THOROUGHNESS, QUALITY”.

All construction is carried out in the latest version of SolidWorks, and we use Tevis for all CAM work. Electronic data is stored on our own server, and backup facilities are out-of-house.
